Lilian is a Registered Professional Biologist with nearly 15 years of experience in applied
ecological research and project management. She holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolution and
has built a career centered on spatial analytics and biodiversity mapping. Lilian is recognized
for her ability to translate complex environmental data into actionable conservation and
management strategies.
At Madrone, Lilian applies her quantitative expertise to lead environmental assessments,
wildlife habitat modeling, and restoration projects. She provides strategic regulatory support
for clients, ensuring compliance with the Species at Risk Act, Wildlife Act, Migratory Birds
Convention Act, Fisheries Act, and Water Sustainability Act. In addition to her technical work,
Lilian mentors team members and supports business development initiatives to strengthen
Madrone’s presence throughout British Columbia.
